Mrs Balwinder Gill
Practice Manager


Mrs Gill is the practice manager and is in charge of running the centre on a daily basis. She leads a team of receptionists and nurses to ensure the specialist dentists work as smoothly and efficiently as possible.






Dr Ruby Austin (Advisors to Management only)

Ruby qualified in1960and subsequently enjoyed working in general practice and the hospital service. He also spent twenty years working as an Industrial and later Inspecting Dentist for Marks and Spencer.

Since 1996, Ruby has been a Vocational Training Adviser and Course Organiser for the London Postgraduate Medical and Dental Deanery, advising the Dean on matters regarding vocational training and continuing professional development of practitioners within London.

In brief, his previous involvements include being Vice Dean of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners, Treasurer for the British Dental Association (Bromley and Beckenham), President of the British Society for General Dental Surgery, President of the Anglo Asian Odontological Group, Core Examiner for the DGDP Exam, Examiner for the MFGDP(UK) Exam, Advisor on the NHS Oral Hearing Appeals Panel, NHS Tribunal as well as the Oral Health Unit of Primary Care R&D Centre.

In 2000, Her Majesty The Queen awarded Ruby with the MBE for his services to dentistry. Ruby is also a lecturer, author and reviewer with a special interest in Golf.



Dr Raj Majithia (Advisors to Management only)

Raj is in General Dental Practice in Colindale, London. His other current posts are Postgraduate Dental Tutor at West Middlesex Hospital, Key Skills Tutor for the London Deanery, Clinical Governance Advisor to White House Dental Practice and Sterling House Referral Centre.

Raj is also currently an examiner for BDS Finals at Kings College London , Overseas Registration Examination at Eastman Dental Institute, MJDF Examination at the FGDP(UK) and the NEBDN
examination for dental nurses. He has also examined in India and Hong Kong as well as being a regular lecturer at the Croydon and Whipps Cross VT Schemes.

He is also a Trustee of the Board of EFFORT at Eastman Dental Institute. Until recently Raj was a Clinical Teacher and Admissions Tutor at Kings College Dental Institute.

In the past Raj has been an Inspector of UK Dental Schools for the GDC, a member of the International Qualifying Examination Review group on the GDC and Dental Advisor to Brent and Harrow PCT.

Raj has been awarded the Kings Commendation for patient care at Kings College Dental Institute as well as being elected a Fellow of The Pierre Fauchard Academy.
